Week 1

Today was remarkable for a few reasons. First, they had NO-BAKE COOKIES for the first time all year!!! It was wonderful. Then, Nick was eating a grapefruit in Ross that appeared to have more than 14 segments! Like about 17 perhaps. It's the first time I've ever seen more than 14. So weird.

I also watched the season finale of Lie to Me. If you don't watch this show (which is true of most people), you should check it out. It's very interesting and exciting. Anyways, the finale was thought-provoking and feel-good in the end...I don't want to give anything away if you do watch it, but I really hope it gets renewed for another season.

It has been a pretty busy first week back, but I'm looking forward to all my classes. It's nice to still have time to read for fun and take lots of breaks from studying. I finished Mockingjay, the last book of the Hunger Games series. The ending was optimistic without being happy, but I would still recommend them. And if you haven't been to Ilsley Library, you should check it out. That's where I got this book from, and they have a surprisingly large selection of books.

Well, it's back to some physics. Oh, and if you're looking for some good music, check out The Avett Brothers Pandora station. It's a good one.
